Restoration Dry Cleaning Process
Orders are sorted to maximize the best results (dry cleaning from wet cleaning, hand cleaning, specialty and special handling items, etc.). Each item is tagged, inventoried and sent to the appropriate department for processing. If we encounter any questionable issues, loss-related or otherwise, we will contact the homeowner for input.
Restoration dry cleaning is designed to restore textiles to their pre-loss condition.Customarily, unless dyes have bled or an item was scorched,, singed or irreversibly damaged in some way, our expert technicians achieve remarkable results. We do NOT charge the carrier for items we feel have not satisfactorily responded to the restoration cleaning process. At Restoration Dry Cleaners, we are committed to the preservation of our environment and use Green cleaning technologies and methodologies. Our special odor removal processes are environmentally safe, while producing maximum results.
Convenient Pick-Up, Delivery & Storage
Our professional staff will arrive at the property fully prepared and ready to pack all affected textiles. We will work with the homeowner to gather the emergency order, which we will return to the homeowner 24-48 hours from time of pick up. The job coordinator will work with the homeowner to identify special occasion needs and change of season wardrobes to facilitate interim deliveries. Orders can be stored in our climate controlled warehouse long or short term. Plant visits and inspections are always welcome.

At RDC, we have an extensive background working with the insurance industry. All billing is in done in Xactimate, enabling us to retrieve assignments directly from Xactanalysis, and allowing us to create invoices in both pdf and esx formats.
